To force your website to open with HTTPS in Plesk, log in to Plesk and open Domains or Websites & Domains for the domain. Then open Hosting Settings, make sure the SSL certificate is selected, enable Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS, and save the changes. This will automatically send visitors from the non-secure version of the site to the secure version.
Your SSL certificate must already be active before you do this. If HTTPS is forced before SSL is working properly, visitors may see a certificate warning or the website may not load correctly. If HTTP still opens after saving the change, check that the correct certificate is selected and that there is no conflicting redirect rule in your website configuration.
Good to Know: In some Plesk setups, HTTPS redirection may already be enabled by default, so the setting may already be active for the domain.
